PRICING AND POLICIES AT TMC
CLASS TUITION
• 45 min classes: $57 per month
• 60 min classes: $70 per month
• 90 min classes: $77 per month
* tuition fees remain the same every month regardless of how many classes are in the month. We do not prorate for Holidays
DISCOUNTS
• Each additional class taken is 20% off the price of the first class
• Sibling discount of 5% will be applied for siblings living in the same household registered and paid under the same account.
OTHER FEES
• $30 one time registration fee per family *due at time of enrollment
• $25 showcase fee *one per family during session that includes a showcase
• Varying fees may be applied for performance groups ie rec cheer and dance classes
TUITION PAYMENTS
• All families are set up on Autopay. We do not accept checks or cash.
• Tuition fees are charged on the first of each month
• Late fee of $15 will be charged if tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month
• You will be dropped from class if balance is not paid by the 15th of the month
• You can update/change your credit card information on your parent portal
DROPPING CLASSES
• You must contact the front desk before the 25th of the month if you want to drop them from class. You can text, call, email or come in person to do so.
• WE DO NOT offer refunds for classes dropped after tuition has been ran on the 1st of the month.
• If there is an extreme circumstance please contact the front desk and we are happy to talk about it.
MAKE UP CLASS POLICY
• Your child can make up 1 class per month for each class they are enrolled in.
• Make up class must be scheduled within 1 month of the missed class
• Make up classes can only be scheduled if we have availability. You can make up in a lower level if your level is not available.
• You must be currently enrolled in classes to be eligible for make up classes.
Make up classes must be done in the same session the class was missed.
• If you do not show up to your scheduled make up class, you forfeit your make up class for the month.
• If your student is more than 15 minutes late, they will not be able to attend class and will need to schedule a make up.
MOVING LEVELS AND/OR CLASSES
• Students can change levels at any time during the session. If your student is ready to move up, they will receive a level up certificate
and we can transfer them at the front desk.
• At the end of each session, you will receive a progress card to help you better understand what skills your child needs to pass off to move up.
• They must pass off every skill required to be able to move up to the next level.
• You can change/transfer classes at any time as long as there is availability.
FAMILY 15
We do not allow parents/siblings to stay in classrooms on a regular basis due to space limitations.
Parents can come into the classroom the last 15 minutes of the class the last week of March and the last week of May.
Students can show their progress in the class and coaches are available for questions/concerns.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
• Office hours are Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-8:00pm. If you have questions you can call, text
or for the quickest response send an email to [email protected]
• Communication from TMC comes via email. Please do not opt out of emails if you are a current student.
• In the case we need to close for inclement weather we will send an email out by 2:00 pm.
• When your child masters a new skill in their class, coaches will give them a brag tag to hang on the board.
At the end of each month, we will draw 5 winners to get a gift card.
• We offer specialty classes and clinics throughout the year if your child is looking to work on
1 specific skill (ie back handsprings, aerials, back tucks) Watch for emails for dates to sign up.
• If a child is left unattended at TMC for more than 20 min outside of their class time, the families account will be charged $10 per student.
• Lost and found is located in the back hallway by studio 6. Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of each month.
• Please drive slowly in the parking lot and talk with your student about staying inside the building until they see your car for their safety.
