Preschool

Our preschool classes are formulated to create a successful movement practice for early childhood development through gymnastic training. This program will not only challenge your young ones but will create a love and desire to move in new and creative ways. Our preschool classes are similar to a full gymnastics class because they include lessons on the bars and beam as well as the floor. We believe this will help to build the strength and balance required for our students to be successful as they grow into our power tumbling program. 

Tiny Tots (1.5-3 years old + parent)-Tiny tots Is a class for ages 1.5 to 3 years old and their parent or guardian that helps establish a relationship between the parent and child through physical exercise to help create a healthy bond. In this class we will be teaching parents and their children to work together to accomplish tasks. We will be setting up circuits and problem-solving situations to help the child develop essential movement locomotives such as: crawling, walking, jumping, weight transfer, hanging, and balancing.

Mini Movers (ages 3-5) This gymnastics class is for our students ages 3 to 5. Students will gain an understanding of standard movement development through play; this will help them to develop key foundations for their growth and happiness.

Pre-power ages (4-6) (find under tumbling tab)- This is an hour-long tumbling class for ages 4-6. You can choose between this and Mini Movers if you have a 4- or 5-year-old depending on where you think they will fit best.

-Tight fitting clothing is required to assure safety when coaches are spotting students

-Hair pulled back out of the face

-Students must be barefoot

- Please bring a water bottle with you to class

Tuition Fees
$18.00 Drop in classes (per hour) or $16 per 45 min class
Sibling Discount 5% off each additional sibling (Applies to siblings living in the same household, paid by the same parent.)
Registration fee $30 per family
